This workbook provides an introduction to the 4-phase transformational method known as Symbolic Transformation. You will be guided through a process that includes somatic practices, creative writing, and exploration through form as you develop an authentic connection and understanding of the role that gratitude plays in your life. 

Gratitude and Yoga Workbook
This workbook provides an introduction to the Mindful + Pratique methodology, Symbolic Transformation, with an emphasis on the CONNECT phase. A selection of yoga poses engages you in experiential contemplation as you challenge your past, present, and future perceptions of your Self. This workshop is designed for individuals that are interested in yoga and wellness, and/or interested in exploring the intersection of psychology and somatic practices to improve overall well-being.

Gratitude and Pre-Recorded Yoga Workshop
This video yoga workshop will lead you through a selection of yoga poses to engage you in activating gratitude toward one’s Self and others as you synchronize your mind and body. What we know is that there is a direct connection between stress and our ability to ----. Extreme stress makes it difficult for us to think clearly and respond kindly because brain regions that regulate the stress response also allow for ----- and connection. When we practice Yoga, we are naturally relieving stress and opening space to really feel and embody what it means to be empathetic, not just with ourselves but with others. Through the art of Yoga and slowing down the mind, we connect back to the true essence of who we are - connecting mind, body, and soul. We tap into an inner knowing that brings us to a space of gratitude for ourselves.

Art and Gratitude Workbook: Meditative Drawing - Relations with Others
This exclusive CREATE workbook provides an introduction to the Mindful + Pratique methodology, Symbolic Transformation, with an emphasis on contemplative drawing methods. You will learn unique mark-making techniques as you engage in a unique exploration of the drawing process as you reflect on your relationships with others. This workbook is designed for individuals who are interested in strengthening and developing their own voice as an artist and anyone who wishes to develop skills to lock into creative expression and intuition.  

Art and Gratitude Pre-Recorded Creativity Workshop: Meditative Drawing Video - Relations with Others
This video art workshop will lead you through an exploration of relations with others through guided mark-making, intention setting, and creation of relationship symbols. The video workshop’s focus on meditative mark-making will teach you a variety of mark-making styles that you will incorporate by way of symbols and patterns. You will participate in a mindfulness practice to help you connect and allow your mind to rest. This will help you to accept your emotional and physical sensations and focus on the present. While working at your own pace, you will practice guided mark-making, meditative intention setting, and symbol creation activities. The remainder of the video workshop will teach you how to create a finished artwork as you incorporate symbols and patterns that resonate most with the relationships in your life. Working independently, you will strengthen skills in confidence and creative intuition, while developing your own method of mark-making and symbol and pattern creation to compose the visual space.
