Have you ever considered the role that wisdom plays in your life? Wisdom is the ability to think and act using knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense, and insight.

This video will lead you through a selection of yoga poses to engage you in experiential contemplation as you explore your past, present, and future Self in relation to wisdom.

When we practice wisdom it can bring about characteristics or acts of unbiased judgement, compassion, self-knowledge, self-transcendence, and non-attachment. Through Yoga, you can increase overall happiness, empathy and connection.

Video Workshop Outline:

In this video, you will first participate in a mindfulness practice to help you connect and allow your mind to rest. This will help you to accept your emotional and physical sensations and focus on the present.

Working at your own pace, you will explore a variety of grounding yoga poses to assist you in feeling your body in the present moment and practice the art of living in the Now. You will have the opportunity to reflect on each of the poses and how they relate to your perception of wisdom.

Working independently, you will create a piece of art by identifying and assembling materials that are associated with your feelings and thoughts.
